what a bitchy answer. No. what is happening actually is that this guy likes to play games. so he goes there and find some "unlawful " posts, and then he tries to fine and sue and blackmail all twiter emplyees(normal people living on 3, 5, 10 thousand reais, workers who work for the company) and then he is treathing all of those people. There's a lot more to be said. you are not getting informed, and have become totally closed and fanatic. you think moraes is just some innocent saint, lol I can't even write anything anymore. just insane

All Moraes did was order twitter to suspend profiles that are the target of criminal investigations for unlawful behavior. The reason the situation in Brazil escalated to a threat of X being suspended, is because of X's non compliance to these official judiciary requests. Elon Musk belittles Brazil as a country, shutting down X's Brazil branch and making fun of authorities. There is nothing else to be said here.

I am brazilian and it will happen. Alexande de moraes just sent an order to X that it has 24h to tell who is the ceo in brazil, if it doesnt it will block it in brazil. There is a rule here that every company that operates in br needs to have someone responsible here

I am sorry for all the millions of people whose jobs are related to twitter. journalists. social media content creators like me too. just like that, one fanatic guy, the judge, tries to delete an entire social media platform. i really hope that elon musk can find a way to bypass this. twitter cannot go down. and they are projecting, they say that the billionaries or ceos are arrogant. but these judges in brazil are really the most arrogant people I have seen

Do not be fooled by Musk. He has a hero complex. He sees himself as the protagonist of a Marvel movie. All Moraes is doing is follow the law. He has always fought for democracy and has never tried to suppress freedom of speech. Elon acts essentially like some high school bully as he underestimates Brazil's importance.
