40+ "Yes" is doomed. He is too busy to be tweeting, it's just his team posting the videos of the parents. He has a debate and numerous events to get ready for. I don't see him tweeting more than 33-34 times this week.

Yeah this won’t go beyond 34, he just pinned the tweet, he leaves it like that for a day, and on Friday he won’t tweet before 12 PM

I never noticed the correlation of his pinned tweets and his posting pause. I’ll have to keep an eye out for that behavior in the future. Cheers!

Sometimes he/team want to leave a message behind purposely, and it is one of signs there won’t be many tweets coming. He usually does it at the end of tweeting many times.
