Will Russia capture Vuhledar before October?

it looks like a condition of rejecting a territorial move. However, judging by the map update - there can be no question of any control transition (blue color), so the rejection condition cannot be applied in this case. Once again: why do you think this condition is specified in the rules?

here are the FACTS, yes: the rules state that if at ANY point the site shows a shaded RED over Vuhledar then it RESOLVES YES. Anything after that is will NOT be considered towards the resolution of this market.
