"... must be video footage involving sexual acts directly depicting the genitals..." It's clear that gentials must be visible in the video to verify there is infact sexual intercourse taking place. We can't prove intercourse is acutally occuring if its censored.

it says "directly depicting." If it's censored the video was obviously depicting it.
