He will literally be on the ballot against Trump in 30 or 40 states, and if some circumstances change then he can become president. It is extremely clear that he did not drop out of the race. This must resolve to NO. It couldn't be more clear.

September and November already resolved yes, as they should. You know good and well that no campaign EVER ends in the way you are implying, and often legally cannot. You are just crying because you wanted to 100x your money because you are lazy and stupid. I warned you people to get off before it was too late, and you never listened, like a kid who really wants to touch the stove. Some lessons need to be learned the hard way.
