If there is a partial cut (it has happened before in 70s and 80s) and they resolved all the brackets NO, than 5M will go up in smoke. Poly does NOT keep that money, they implemented the contracts that way. I believe also one contract MUST go YES in a negrisk, but I'm sure they'd figure out away around that. This of course is highly improbable scenario but given the millions bet here it should be dealt with before it possibly happens. Please advocate for them to fix it for markets going forward.
