Will Trump announce strategic Bitcoin reserve?

At the end of the day its not about how each media outlet chooses to interpret it. You can use your own understanding. In my opinion he did not officially and explicitely announce that he "will create a bitcoin reserve" but rather implied it vaguely and ambiguously. If in your opinion that is enough for this to be a yes then theres nothing to argue about. It's simply how each person interprets it.
