"Other details about the suspect, including his name have not been released." Thats fox. Its not on cnn. Its not on msnbc. Thats not definitive consensus, especially when law enforcement themselves say they can't identify with 100% accuracy in their own press conference at 12:01 am.

name was released = check(name is on every news media right now). by credible reporting = check(nytimes quoting sources). doesn't need to have "biometric" id as some are saying, that would obviously take a lot longer, this bet was about the if we would have a name until tonight. which is exactly what happened, they got a name, from sources.
