If the government originally intended to give her no prison time, they would have offered her immunity.

California is run by the most evil, stupid and degenerate people in America. They never miss an opportunity to pass laws that have negative consequences. They recently decriminalized theft of items worth less than $900, they decriminalized pedophilia, and they decriminalized knowingly spreading STDs. I might buy more YES because of how confident I am in the stupidity of California's government.

A simple example of how stupid this bill is. Today, if I use a computer to do a cyber attack the person who made the computer is not liable. Now if I use AI which is 1% better than just using the computer, the AI company is liable. That's tots insane.

All forms of Clade 1 should count for YES.

Some of the new cases are Clade 1b. Will those count toward a "yes" resolution? Or does it have to be strictly Clade 1, not Clade 1b?

Why didn't Durov just use Telegram to talk to the Russian government instead of flying to Russia 50 times?

Indicting someone is easy as fuck. You only need a majority of a grand jury to vote that there is enough evidence to press charges -- they don't need enough evidence to convict.

Durov has 3 passports, a private jet, and several billion dollars. Sarkozy and the IMF head were poor compared to Durov.

The US government didn't release Epstein or Ghislane Maxwell. Durov is a billionaire with 3 passports and a private jet. It would be very risky for them to release him before trial.

well bros, here is my take: he has 2 options: released or charged. if he gets released i‘d like to know who would actually get charged…. This is a lock from this perspective (+ risk of escaping) - cant swear my life on it though

House arrest is when you can't leave your house and there are cops standing around your house 24/7. How is he a flight risk if he can't leave his house and is surrounded by cops at all times? The Romanian government put Andrew Tate under house arrest.

yeah risky. The goverment definitley has a big case against him if they just yoinked off the plane when he landed. Also the big flight risk

The preseason is easy to bet on because all the teams are playing their 2nd-string players. This means that all the teams are much closer in skill level, so the odds for every game were actually close to 50-50.

These pre season games this weekend were pretty predictable. No way it’s that easy during the regular season once the refs start rigging the games though. Be careful.

He already escaped Russia, and he also has UAE citizenship, and he has a private jet. The French government will assume that he will try to escape again. The French government arrested him at the airport as he exited his private jet.

Good point, I forgot about that. I looked at the Super Bowl odds at Vegas Insider, averaged the odds for each team, and when I added them all up, I got 122%. When I add up all the Polymarket superbowl odds, I get 108%

Keep in mind that most sportsbooks take a cut as profit, but Polymarket doesn’t, so bets here are often cheaper.
