if the event is otherwise cancelled or delayed beyond September 4, this market will resolve to "No".

a town hall event implies audience interaction (almost always meaning Q&As)

I don't think most people here agree with that. The Town Hall is different from the Q and A.

if its all pre-recorded and they've just split the event into two parts (but it was all filmed on the same day) then its all part of the same town hall event.

He says "My wife the English WHO told my grammars not always correct" He doesn't say "Teacher" and also missed "me" The sentence he was going for was "My wife, the English teacher who told me my grammars not always correct" The "Chu" sound being claimed as "Teacher" is actually "Who".

His sentence is nonsensical if he said teacher, it sounds like he changed to "she said" "my wife the english teacher my grammer isn't always correct" VS "my wife the english(stops as he fumbles) - she says my grammer isn't always correct"

assuming that one syllable was even meant to be teacher in the first place

Teacher is a two syllable word, he barely got out one syllable, simple as.

they aren't combined into one, he clearly pronounces "english" as a full word but skips over teacher

He definitely does - he slurs it, so English and Teacher are essentially combined into one, but you can hear it, and see it watching his lips.

you certainly do if you think he said teacher there, he fumbled so bad he skipped it completely

1:02, he failed to say teacher, despite meaning to say it. This all depends on the interpretation of the UMA whales like the venezuala result
