They might be waiting to see how Rogan treats Trump before agreeing. I don't think this is likely but we'll see. If it was happening, they'd surely be hyping it up.

Except both those pods are amenable to asking only approved questions and not following up on missteps. Joe won’t do gotcha journalism but he also definitely won’t do a campaign ad like they did.
