A suspension is not legally defined, there are no "suspension" forms you could fill out. A candidate uses the term "suspension" if he wants to keep dontains or keep the opportunity to continue the campaign later. The links people have shared below show that Bernie has been asked point blank on a regular basis whether he formally endorses Harris.
