I watched the past 4 debates. The only time Trump shook hands was with Hillary Clinton during their first debate in 2016. I believe Trump's advisors will ask that he does it this time. Trump went out of his way to say he respected and liked Obama--there's a noticable change in messaging to try and make campaigning less personal, or to be the "adult in the room?" 4.) Let's not forget Trump's speech was on a Friday night, and depending how long the big party heads/celebrities speak she might not take the stage until 10pm CST.
