There is no reason, whatsover that this should be anything but rendered as "NO" anything other is a LIE..... RFK is still on the ballot. And the resolution did not specify in detail the finality of what a WITHDRAW CONCLUDES. As RFK did not withdraw. He suspended which legally are two different things. Techincally he couldn't withdraw because of the legal issue it represents. Therefore this MARKET is in fact a resort to "NO" as RFK is still having an independant meetup in Denver in September.
