The polling station totals ("actas" in Spanish) consistently show Edmundo Gonzalez has won by a landslide, meaning HE won the election. As for "The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from Venezuela, however a consensus of credible reporting will also suffice." - official information indeed says it is Maduro, HOWEVER, all other sources say it is Gonzalez, and unlike the official Venezuelan information, they have the data from polling stations to back it up, meaning it is a REASONABLE SOURCE TO CONSIDER AS PRIMARY. It is likely we will see the electoral commission publish more data in the coming days due to mounting pressure as well. Therefore, it is not reasonable to proclaim a "Yes" for Maduro here, and the data is making it increasingly likely for Edmundo's "Yes" to be a reasonable resolution due to CREDIBLE REPORTING.

I think there is room for an argument here that the situation is different. For the 2018 election, there was a ~10 point lead, which is in the range of an electoral upset (and in the range of doable electoral fraud). Now this election we are talking about a 40 point lead in available polls. Fraud is guaranteed to occur, let's not be naive here, but I feel at such a scale it would be genuinely hard to get away with it. Just best not to make it look like a landslide.
