There is a difference. Trump cancelled saying that word mid way through. mispronouncing, mumbling is different thing.

previously in speeches he says 'venezuela'. tim walz incident set clear precendent that shorterned version of the word where intent is obvious is fine.. my lawyer brain is going nuts at yes being 2c. polymarket, do the right thing. your integrity is on the line

Very different situations. Walz could've only meant 'teacher', given the context. Here, Trump could've meant Venezuela, or Venezuelans, or Venezuelan. We cannot be sure what he wanted to say, thus, we cannot conclude he was saying Venezuela.

Teacher/border are cases where the speaker badly pronounces a word they are trying to say. Venezuela is a case where the speaker intentionally cuts himself off before finishing a word. How is this so hard to understand
