No, she doesn't have "as much say as a senat[or]" which I assume you mean ability to vote on legislation. The Constitution narrowly grants her the ability to vote as a tie-breaker which she has done more than any other Vice President in history (33 times). Other than that and the responsibility to preside over the receiving and counting electoral college votes (a formality up until Trump tried to steal the election), she has zero power.
