I think it's most likely they crossed the border into Lebanon where Hezbollah could see them, so they could wave hello. They then stopped at McDonald's for a coffee. They all paid 5 bucks entry at the Lebanon Disney tunnels because they wanted to check their Facebook posts, because the WIFI is the best underground. There they could edit the video footage. But, they waited to send it, because they took the day off to watch the beautiful fireworks show Iran was generous enough to donate on their day off. Sadly, that day had to end. So they left the tunnels and sent their footage home where people at their desks had to check all the footage, and edit it into a story. They were kinda slow, too, because everyone was hung over from the previous day's fireworks show.
