I get why people think family members should count as official representatives, but the rules specify that only Hailey, Justin, or a designated representative can confirm it. This is confusing. It says "before October" but then it ends on the 31st of October. Ukraine armistice bet also ends "before October", it ends on the 30th of September. In my understanding "before October" cannot be in October...
