I'm confused, the resolution is not what the title says, shouldn't the title be "Trump winning the election resolves the conflict in the ukraine in 90 days"? The rules says that Trump winning and the conflict ending must be true, but it doesn't say it must end because of Trump, if somehow Biden negotiates a deal by the end of his presidency this will still resolve to yes, which I think was not the intention.

This just requires an announcement from both sides of an armistice, ceasefire, or negotiated settlement with no restriction on when it has to come into effect. They just have to announce something before Jan 19. It doesn't even have to be to do with Trump.

Thousands of servers need manual, physical intervention to resolve the outages. Many major outages will 100% remain past noon. Despite this the rules are far too ambiguous for me to bet.
