RFK's statement today on how voters should vote: "We're going to stay on the ballot in 30 states and I'm encouraging people to vote for me in those states." In no universe would any good faith reasonable person conclude that an explicit call for voters to NOT vote for Trump for president satisfies an endorsement of Trump for president. RFK has clearly stated his support for Trump while also clearly stating the endorsement of his own presidential bid. This is not complicated. I don't endorse drinking your own pee but I support anyone who wants to drink their pee if that makes them happy. I endorse drinking water. Words matter, rules matter, and Poly/UMA need to do the right thing and P4 this or refund everyone. "Yes" is clear cut THEFT.

The current market and situation with the percentages no longer reflect reality (other betting markets in different sites have already closed - Maduro won), but rather reflect the market's expectation of how the UMA community will vote. This is, of course, nonsense because, in essence, the UMA community can act as a political organization that recognizes or does not recognize the official election results. A very interesting situation could arise - the official authorities of Venezuela declared Maduro the winner, all betting markets declared Maduro the winner, Russia + China (+basically the entire anti-Western alliance) recognize Maduro's victory, and only the Venezuella opposition, the USA (+the entire pro-Western world), and Polymarket recognize Gonzalez? Don't you guys think this is no longer betting, but clear political statements?

Everyone knows González received more votes than Maduro. The US states unequivocally that he won. Staying in power through force doesn't make you the winner of an election, receiving the most votes does.

I didn't say the first half, I said he was coherent for at least half of the debate, probably a bit more than that. People only focus on the moments of gaffes and confusions, there was plenty of that, but there was plenty of "normal but weak sounding" talk as well. I think that's a fair assessment

According to the rules of this market "persistent incoherence, confusion, inability to follow the debate format, or prolonged periods of non-responsiveness." I don't think those standards are met. There was incoherence, but not persistent as he was coherent for at least half of the debate (still a terrible performance), he wasn't really confused, just slow or very slow, he followed the debate format, and he wasn't really unresponsive for prolonged periods of time. So it's a close call but it weighs more towards "No" according to the specific rules laid out, in my opionion (I have no stake).

A "preponderance" of evidence still requires evidence which is yet to be found. Roger Stone which is by far the closest to the Trump family has clearly stated zero involvement from Trump or his son in his tweet. All the people claiming the contrary have a stake in the outcome of this vote. You really believe that Trump would let his son who just graduated high school be involved with a massive crypto, pump and dump drama story in the middle of the election? No way.
