I agree on the time factor but my thinking is that how will they get to two debates if Harris doesn't agree to Fox? Unless Trump is desperate (certainly possible) maybe he will agree to her terms for 2 debates but then he looks weak. I'm basically attempting to arb "Yes" agree to Fox and "No" to two debates.
