Can we all agree on a simple fact that if Andrew Tate was merely detained when they raided the house, then there will be no need to go to court to fight off condition of release. So let's forget the house arrest for a second and focus on the raid. On the day of the raid, the brothers were taken into custody. That cannot be a detainment given they had to go to court to fight off the prosecutors on the condition of release.
