When you take a step back and look at the bases of this whole conflict in the middle east, it is easy to conclude that Iran is the mastermind of this whole war. Their vowed objective is the destruction of the Jewish nation. Not a single proxy lifts a finger unless iran gives them the ok. In the case of the ceasefire with hezbollah, it wasn’t because hezbollah wanted a ceasefire, it was because IRAN wanted one. Why would iran want one? Is iran giving up on its vowed goal of Israel’s destruction? Quite the contrary! Iran now has a deadline, the 20th of January. For Iran to make their objective a reality, they have to act NOW. A ceasefire in lebanon is not because iran is weak, it’s because iran wants their people to regroup. They will want the same in gaza too. IF this is what’s happening, IF iran truly wants to take Israel off guard, then they will cease fire on all sides, make Israel feel a sense of security, give back their hostages and give the illusion of peace. Am I wrong? Maybe. But iran only has 50 days left, and then the rules change for them. Iran’s regime and power is about to be jeopardized and their vowed objective will be bleak.
