The point is that RFK specifically went out of his way (refiled court paperwork) to make sure he wasn't endorsing Trump. If he were formally endorsing Trump, why would he refile the court paperwork?

You are posting an article that is correcting a statement about endorsement before his formal announcement. This was published before his speech. His family has commented on his endorsement acknowledging it. He even said directly in his own words he is "Joining the trump campaign" and to have people vote/donate to Trump. That is the highest level of endorsement.

A screenshot posted on twitter has no validity at all. It contradicts EVERY single media publication. No journalist has verified or even acknowledged what is in that screenshot. Until it is verified by the Journalistic Community and the dozens of articles about his endorsement are redacted that holds no weight. I highly doubt Nicole would claim every single media outlet is publicizing false information and only correct one single person on X

No one is doubting that RFK's speech was, for all practical purposes, an endorsement. The hitch is that the rules require a "formal endorsement" for a Yes resolution. In all of political history, endorsements have always included the use of the word "endorse". We just don' have that here (and this is coming from a No holder).
