It's a NO! This shot up to 99 cents last time too, then Polymarket had to clarify that it had to be unlocked and lived, which is what the rules said. No holders have argued that the map was updated by mistake, but have not posted any evidence for this. If the UMA site weren't bugging out right now, I would probably propose yes.
