Trump is flying to Mar-A-Lago tonight for the weekend and tariffs go into effect tomorrow. Surely, the White House will be clear that Trump signed the executive order this evening? He's not even working tomorrow, right?

He said during press conference it was still unclear what % would be put on Canadian crude, so I don't know whether everything is actually ready

If he announces that it's tomorrow that it applies, that means that the documents and papers are already ready, so what's the point of the .no holders. (I don't know the history of this market).

Any tariff which is officially enacted within the market's time frame will qualify, regardless of when the tariff goes into effect.
