I won't be betting on this but if this resolves NO or 50/50 I would never wager on anything here that doesn't have a clear cut official tally or result of some kind. The rules of this market are nowhere close to clear cut enough to rule against the obvious reality that RFK dropped out. If NO holders are just betting on suspending doesn't equal withdrawal that is incredibly weak.

Now when we look at the settlement criteria, it doesnt mention anything about published ballot box. It says official statement. This is definitive. Then it says credible reporting.
