Not that it matters, but this is a non-fungible governance token. Way different than a coin (but again, doesn't matter as official rules say token). The real question is how deep is Trump's involvement and given the statment in the whitepaper that he's being paid to promote it, but is not an employee or involved with the management, does that qualify as "involved in the deployment" ? He was involved with promoting it, but he had zero control over any of the deployment of the token.
