SO, I used the number of total number sof vote per state of 2020. With that I confronted to the actual spread and remaining number of votes to be counted by county, the answer i get is 2.8% i m probably wrong but can someone explain me why?

Good work! I did the same math but just on a state level and ended at basically the same number. I'd guess the only thing this doesn't show it the % of ballots counted that are mail vs in person?
