Media reports are not a source for this market, and Kennedy spokesperson said that he did NOT endorse Trump

RFK one was scammed. The rules referred to a formal endorsement, and media was not considered a source. Yet, the outcome was resolved to yes on the basis of an additional context added AFTER many people had already betted

There has been no official endorsement, let alone a promise to VOTE for Trump, the proof being the fact that we have been debating this for three days. RFK issued no official statement

This market for "formally endorse" resolved to YES, but the market for him using the word "endorse" resolved to NO. So we have him giving a formal endorsement without using the word endorse. That is quite a feat.

I have learned a lot from this. Turns out UMA is not really very distributed. Two or three large voters control the outcome. For them, the relationship with PM is top. So they weighted the PM "Additional context" heavily.

It's clear that RFK supports Trump in the swing states, but there has been no formal endorsement, nor Friday nor in the today's interview. In fact, Kennedy encourages his supporters to vote for him in most of the states. And guess what, Kennedy is from a safe state, and he'll be voting for himself, not for Trump

the word "endorse" matters in campaign finance regulations and ballot access across many jurisdictions. this is why RKF intentionally refuses to use the word "endorse" and its why his own campaign has explicitly stated (twice now i think) that he has not endorsed anyone. P4 is the correct decision, a refund is the weak decision, a "Yes" resolution is theft.

"During his remarks at an October 29 Restore America rally, Bevin said "I say with all due respect to a lot of folks who might say otherwise, sometimes we might need to get over it and move on. We have new races to run and new decisions to make. There is too much at stake." Asked if the comment amounted to an endorsement of McConnell, Bevin told reporters, "You've got ears."". This was after the primary election for the Senate in Kentucky, 2014. Matt Bevin made a declaration of support for his former opponent, McConnell, and implied that he was gonna vote for him. Still, this was not considered an endorsement, definitely not a formal one.

The relevance of the additional context should be zero, as it was issued after many people had already betted. Only the initial rules must count
AugustoPinochet73

The two walles are saying the'll be voting yes, and I think they'll do that because this time Polymarket has made a clarification. Also be carefull because probably first UMA votes will be NO so they can do some inside buying. But really polymarket, you should et ride of UMA, whats the point? Anyways after reading both arguments I'm neutral, just gonna play the "What UMA will decide" game.
n/a
I'm surprised that this is even in doubt. It's very clear that there's no formal endorsement, just an informal political support. Also, additional context has no relevance whatsoever, since it was issued AFTER many many people had already betted millions of dollars.

According to the criteria set by Polymarket, this is a definite no. I initially bet yet but switched against it as Kennedy's declarations are not formal endorsements (in fact, some of his stated support is every begrudging) and he has not said he will vote for Trump.

AIPAC didn't endorse Samuels
homosexual
I think 96% is too high of a likelihood given the millions AIPAC has spent this year to further entrench Zionism in the US political system. But even the Times of Israel says that a challenge is not realistic: https://www.timesofisrael.com/why-pro-israel-groups-arent-going-after-ilhan-omar-after-helping-oust-others-in-squad/. The polling that Samuels' campaign has done at best shows him losing by 3 points, with it being as bad as losing by 22 points. If AIPAC doesn't care, and he is way behind on fundraising, there is no path to victory for him. Election is in just a few days.
