Simply put, Polymarket objectively changed the rules of this bet. They changed the end date arbitrarily which changes the entire bet. This was the same wording on at least 5 bets of similar nature

Polymarket, a lot of us will leave the platform if this is how you gonna play. You can't add "context" that suits you AFTER the event. Rules were clear: "Statements that the Democratic party should nominate another candidate other than Joe Biden will also qualify for a “Yes” resolution." You added "This market is about whether Barack Obama would call for Joe Biden to drop out of the election before he actually did so." AFTER the event has happened. This is a clear market manipulation and should be disputed and put to UMA vote, cmon.

You can't re-write additional context after a bet has ended...

Disappointing to lower the integrity of the entire platform by changing the end date of an event. I would have expected more from Polymarket

I'm going to give the Polymarket resolution team the benefit of the doubt and assume they bought "No" shares before they resolved this, because it would be wild if they were this incompetent without getting paid on the side for it.
