Summary
The discussion surrounding whether Biden will resign before the election brings various perspectives. Some users speculate about the strategic advantage for Vice President Kamala Harris if Biden steps down, seeing it as an opportunity for her to gain the status of the first female president and potentially boost her electoral chances. Others are skeptical about this strategy, citing potential damage to Biden's legacy and also noting the strained relationship between Biden and Harris. There is mention that Biden has announced he will not seek reelection, but no indication that he plans to resign prior to the end of his term. Market participants discuss the implications of Biden’s potential resignation on their bets within this market.
- Some commenters argue that Biden resigning may benefit Harris by setting her up as the first female president and possibly helping her campaign by giving her an incumbent advantage, although the likelihood of this is debated.
- There are mixed views on whether Biden stepping down would be advantageous or damaging, with arguments focusing on Biden's legacy, the political strategy involved, and Harris's public image.

I agree with those who think that Biden will resign shortly after it's clear that Trump wins, making Kamala (for a brief time) the 47th President and the 1st female to hold the office. Doing so would be a cynical but effective PR ploy, which at minimum would have the effect of invalidating countless loads of Trump merchandise re: being #47, as he would then become the 48th President. If this sounds petty and spiteful, welcome to the current Democratic Party.

16 Billion dollars from FTX is about to be released back into the crypto market, yet people are willing to park their money for 3 months, and risk a 100% loss for a measly 3% return on an 81 year old that has already been pushed aside from his party, not resigning. Imagine watching the crypto market fly as your money is parked here, holding on for your tiny little return, only to wake up one morning and seeing that it went to ZERO. “NO” holders must hate money.

You'd had to be brain dead to bet yes here. There is zero advantage for Joe to resign before the election. Neither for Joe nor for Harris. Joes legacy would be destroyed if he resigns in disgrace and everyone would question Harris again why she was part of a coverup. Additionally, she would have a much harder time campaigning while fulfilling the duties of the office. If you think he is a full on dementia patient, why would they not be able to cover the last two months up too? It’s only 55 days left. And if he dies or has an incapacitating stroke, this would resolve to No, too.

Mountainman is the biggest retarded faggot I've seen on this site comparing his 500 dollar memcoin investment to a liquid 40% annualized return. Actually kill yourself

Harris stepping into the presidency could generate massive media coverage and offer her campaign the opportunity to create a narrative of leadership, power, and continuity. It would also give her direct control over policy decisions that could be popular with key voter groups.

Put up a limit order for 300k shares and I'm sure someone will take it. Unless your posting random tweets has scared everyone else off. Very strong evidence, I don't know how I'll sleep now.
