Everyone, I'll be honest with you. This news seems very favorable for "NO" holders. The key debate in this topic is whether the Constitutional Court will issue a ruling on impeachment before April or not. The distribution of funds depends on this decision. For impeachment to be upheld, six justices must approve it. However, according to the information available, the current stance is three in favor and five against, making it more likely to be dismissed with a 3:5 ratio. Since there is no consensus among the justices, the trial is taking longer than usual. If the impeachment is dismissed, Yoon Suk-yeol will return to office, and the Democratic Party will face a tough period. Because of this, they would likely want to delay the ruling as much as possible. Therefore, it is highly likely that the ruling will not be made before April. Even if it is, dismissal is expected.
