Joe said multiple times he's either having both or none: he wants to appear non-partisan, and not like he's "helping" either candidate. Trump is announced, so it's both. Her going to Texas on Friday just confirms it. When Joe says on his show's twitter feed "she shouldn't come, I'll destroy her", it's just foreplay for her and foreshadowing for his audience (like a good movie intro in some sense).
