Coins must be transferable. WLFI is not. “A cryptocurrency, crypto-currency, or crypto is a digital currency designed to work as a **medium of exchange** through a computer network that is not reliant on any central authority, such as a government or bank, to uphold or maintain it.” “All the WLFI token will be non-transferable and locked indefinitely in a wallet or smart contract.” If you cannot exchange it prior to the election, then it does not satisfy the requirements of a coin.
