Rules state : resolve to "Yes" if the @kanyewest X account is suspended. He deactivate so that should count as a "suspension" even tho he did it to himself.

It doesn't - they have different definitions. The only bet here is that he reactivates before 28th, crashes out again and gets banned.

feel like if he was going to get banned it would have happened by now. He already attacked the one unmentionable group and paid no price. Censorship would reflect badly on Elon especially with the current politics.
