There's literally zero chance of this landing on Yes. Under the Digital Services Act, which is the relevant law here, the primary sanction is fines. Lots of fines. Large fines.

...and while there is a mechanism where "the Commission can request the temporary suspension of the service", this has a 14 day cooling period. So in about three weeks, the Commission has to issue a fine to X, decide that the fine isn't good enough, and apply the last-resort option of asking a judge for a suspension. Anyone who knows EU bureaucracy knows that this is simply not happening. This market is overpriced at 0.5%.
