First off who wants this market? And under what scenario would this even occur? To my knowledge you would first have to be elected to the house and then elected to the speakership. How would this even occur?

To be fair, you don't actually have to be a member of the House to be elected Speaker. Some of the crazies were suggesting Trump during the last speakership fight that ultimately landed Johnson.
