This can resolve instantly to YES if he changes his mind at any point. Otherwise, this cannot resolve to NO until the Libertarian ticket is decided during the convention..

when is this evicted to resolve? convention is May 24-26, I'm surprised the party itself isn't good enough for an official no resolution (explicitly)
