Answer is pretty clear given we're even having this argument. The endorsement was not explicit : "expressed without vagueness, implication, or ambiguity : leaving no question as to meaning or intent."

It's not that complicated. Ensorsement means she encourages her supporters to vote Trump as well. She did not do that.

so far I have heard many people say this should be a YES. the only person arguing in favor of NO is the person who holds all the NO shares. i'm sure if they comment the same exact thing a few more times they will eventually get a second person to agree with them.
