I don't think intention to vote, especially if its something like "if he's the nominee I'll vote for him"

the example you gave is clear-cut, but it definitely can end up being more ambiguous than that. There are many ways to, for all intents and purposes, endorse someone without using the word "endorse"

I don't think intention to vote, especially if its something like "if he's the nominee I'll vote for him"

Yeah, for sure. Anything which indicates that McConnel firmly believes Trump is or should be the rightful presumptive nominee should count. "Looks like he's going to win" shouldn't. Bright lines here are impossible though, I think. Hopefully that will cover 90% of the cases tho.

My guess the most likely 'endorsement' will come in the form of "It's time for the GOP to coalesce behind Trump for the good of the party." That is if there is an endorsement in the next few days, which seems unlikely given this current market.

Looks like he will turtle up, but if he does decide to come out of his shell this market might still resolve to yes.
