I am going to take a small stab at this one, but "otherwise supports Kamala Harris to be President" really needs to be defined better. Does this mean that is she just says "Don't vote for Trump" and doesn't mention Kamala that this market resolves as Yes?

This rule is very vague. Even taking a photo with Kamala Harris could be interpreted as support for her.

I don't get it. If you are a conservative, why would you endorse a liberal? I get not liking trump, but why would you want someone with 100 percent against your views?
