Yeah but Biden is being pressured to drop out, in which case she becomes Presidential nominee most likely and brings in a new VP whom would debate Vance.

Until nov4 only 25% chance? I guess Harrison being nominated as VP nominee needs to happen aswell. But if it does isnt this pretty much guaranteed?
