There's no circumstance where i'm selling my 'Biden gives speech without teleprompter' No position at a loss. GummiMummi if you want to exit, you'll have to either hope someone else fills your orders or just play chicken and wait until the nomination. I'm not selling at breakeven or a loss opportunity cost be damned..

https://imgur.com/n7bjzrs definitely rambling, but he's speaking publicly with no teleprompter (pretty clear), should count?

the full video for the clip in question can be seen at https://www.youtube.com/live/qOPuh9iHdUU?si=9uvLa2uCRRU5xEgu While he does seem to rant a bit in his thank you remarks at the end, he clearly used the teleprompters in the actual speech segment and it's hard for me to believe one would describe the event as a teleprompter-free speech. A case can probably be made that the rant was a separate speech, which is problematic as the market doesn't explicitly define what a speech is (though it does suggest that q&a's don't count, possibly implying supplementary closing remarks as a whole don't count). In such cases, does polymarket typically resolve markets using a broad or literal interpretation?

lol you can't seriously be arguing that an interview should also qualify just because it isn't explicitly excluded

rules shouldve been written better. Speech is a speech. No matter how long and no matter what its about. Rules only exclude Q&A thats often held at the end.

explain why saying goodbye to the crowd after concluding a speech should count as a "public speech" while a public interview should not

because an interview is not a speech. Addressing a crowd however, is a speech.

at 08:01 you can see him holding a speech to the crowd WITHOUT the teleprompters

hmmmm i just rewatched it and there's definitely an argument that he said enough in the goodbye for it to count as a speech. still lean towards NO, but not as confident.
