Andrew Tate was detained but then put under house arrest, which isn’t the same as a full arrest. So, technically, it’s more of a detention with restrictions rather than a straight-up arrest. This means the market should probably resolve as 'No'.

Why hasn't this been settled? Cops showed up at his house, put him in cuffs, and now he is in a jail cell.... If that isn't "arrested" what is?

Being arrested implies there being specific charges. If getting handcuffed = arrested, why was this market created? To automatically settle to $1?
