Will Mitch McConnell endorse Trump before Super Tuesday?

Yeah, for sure. Anything which indicates that McConnel firmly believes Trump is or should be the rightful presumptive nominee should count. "Looks like he's going to win" shouldn't. Bright lines here are impossible though, I think. Hopefully that will cover 90% of the cases tho.

not the clearest rules hear. does he need to explicitly say he is "endorsing" Trump, or would him stating his intention to vote for Trump be sufficient?
