Congress pay raise removed from funding bill by Friday?

you're mistaken sir. the pay increase has been implicitly frozen since 2009 by a clause in Public Law 118-47. for the pay increase to go through, congress must STRIKE that language from Public Law. and while the 1st iteration of this year's CR did strike that language, the final version did not. I get it, the language is not intuitive at all, and the Poly rules are misleading, but congress members are not getting a pay raise. this goes YES.

If you look in the official CR, there is no wording at all to remove the pay raise, congress people will get automatic pay raise.
