Kicking Mexico in the balls financially is the only way to force them to deal with the cartels I'd image.

"He said the import duties on Mexico and Canada would only be removed once illegal immigration and drug trafficking to the US had stopped." Immigrants stopped maybe, but does anyone seriously think the seamstress in charge of Mexico now can stop the cartels exporting - on her end? This seems like an impossible mission and guaranteed tariffs. I'm almost tempted to buy yes.
