learn the difference. Trump could freeze that foreign aid because that aid wasn't directly allocated by congress. Ukraine on the other hand was voted in by congress and presidents don't have power to override that

What I don't understand here is I think this is actually bullish for Yes. They will cut Ukraine aid right away and Ukraine can't survice without the US.
